Ensure clear targets & effective performance management process by providing advice, consultancy & support to the team; coaching & mentoring for agency leader development; effectively managing & monitoring poor sales performance & non compliance & taking disciplinary action when necessary.
Branch profitability : Achieve revenue targets of own channel. Manage cost controls against budget of controllable cost items

Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for a localite of Vizag or worked previously in Vizag with not more than a gap of 3yrs
Agency Channel experience is must.
Team handling experience is must
Must have taken atleast 2,3 promotion in the current orgainzation
Good Team Handling,communication & sales oriented skills is must.
