JD For Location Head/ Responsible for Handling Team of 6 to 7 Sales Officera
1. Leading a team of Sales Officer- Bancassurance and ensure desired level of performance of the clusters of bank branches within the area of jurisdiction assigned to him
2. Achieving targets by providing all possible support to the allotted clusters of bank branches
3. Driving and supporting all the new business sales and service functions
4. Promoting the brand image of the Company and implementing all initiatives of the Company related to brand building exercises
5. Providing daily MIS/report of performance
6. Such other duties as may be entrusted from time to time
