Candidate has to develop & maintain retail sales of the assigned territory
Have to conduct promotional & marketing activities for end users & retail dealers of the assigned territory
Has to maintain good relation with the existing dealers
Have to add the new dealers to the company
have to maintain the existing business with retail sales
Have to be in regular touch with the dealers & end user to convert and grow the business
Able to manage existing customer relationships, and proactively develop new customer relationships
Identifies and anticipates customer needs and exceeds expectations
Excellent presentation skills that inspire the target customers
Ability to work both as part of a team and under own initiative
Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business;
Must have an outgoing and infectious personality and be able to portray this in a professional manner
Demonstrates ability to develop and motivate others
Must be familiar with the local market customers
