Duties and Responsibilities (in Detail):

A) Operations:

1) Responsible for Entire Store Operations like Visual merchandising, Stock Management,Shrinkage prevention and Profit and Loss

2) Set individual targets & allocate to team members based on the monthly target.

3) Supports and acts as a coach (guide) to team members in sales and service to help team achieve their targets

4) Ability to handle 60 Employees in Store

5) Ensure high standards of customer service in the stores

6) Responsible for driving sales by train, coach and mentor store team in order to ensure that they reach their greatest potential

B) Customer Interaction:

1) Every Customer is welcomed with a SMILE by Team or Self.

2) Customer needs are fulfilled & converts into Sale.

3) Ensure that every customer is THANKED when the sale transaction is completed

4) Ensure every team member works to build relationship sales rather than just a sale

5) Handle Customer Grievances (If any)

C) Discipline:

1) Ensure that the Store is opened ON TIME.

2) Manager to ensure that self & team members maintain proper dressing (uniform) and grooming standards

D) Attitude & Communication:

1) Maintain Pleasing attitude all the time

2) Maintain proper Body language

3) Ensure Proper Eye Contact while interacting with Customers

E) Display, Hygiene and Cleanliness:

1) Ensure that Executive cleans up and maintains Display counter allotted to him/her.

2) Ensure every model is in the display (at least one piece in every counter)

3) Manager to ensure that both Store and team members are neat & clean

F) Meetings & Leadership:

1) Conduct daily Gate Meeting

2) Conduct one-on-one meetings with executives to review progress

3) Participate in the con-call / teleconference by Sales Head in the time allocated for the same

Desired Candidate Profile:

Desired Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate

Key skills: Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Inventory Management, Customer Interaction

Desired Experience:

Experience of 3 - 6 Years in relevant industry of which, 3 year should be as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager (Garments Industry Experience Preferred)
Candidate must have Sales Experience; should be excited & enthusiastic about Sales
Leadership Skills - must have successfully leaded a team of (min.) 40 members
