Description

The incumbent will be reporting to the Area Service Manager and will have to drive Spare Sales targets, and achieve high Customer Satisfaction in the assigned territory. This profile requires appointing new Channel Service Partners and managing the business through their active participation in promoting sales of Kent genuine patented spare parts and handling customer complaints escalations in the assigned territory. He will ensure proper service delivery by franchisees staff and prompt service assistance.
