Description To gather prepaid documents <3 days of activations to reduce no compliance as per the Dot guideline towards better customer support through Idea point and Idea Service point.-To gather CAF documents on time for better customer support.-To process data for updating channel partners vendors and sales team on pending barring and rejection documents.-To provide training to the distributors and sales team zero error.-To supervise vendor performance for smooth operations.-To administer IDEA Points & IDEA SERVICE Points for better customer support.
