Plant Breeders - Vegetables 

The company is on lookout for Plant Breeders with MSc(Ag) in breeding with minimum two years experience. The company's primary focus in R&D would be breeding activities in Vegetables. The candidate should be willing to work across various vegetable crops primarily and coordinate various crop trials pan-India. The candidate would be responsible for all R&D activities. Retired Veg. breeders who are willing to work full time can also apply. 

The candidate should be passionate about developing new hybrids and should be self driven, motivated and hard working. The candidate will have a key role to play in the company and in overall strategy and growth of the company. The candidate should have lot of drive and zeal to positively impact farmer livelihood through BEST Technology and Best Quality Seed. 

Regional Sales Manager, Territory Manager & Sales Officers - AP (Andhra & Rayalaseema) & Telangana 

The company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Territory Manager as well as sales officers for A.P (Andhra & Rayalaseema) and Telangana for Vegetable Crops.The candidates should be willing to travel extensively and build and develop distributor network and relationship.The candidate should also coordinate field days and farmer trials in their respective area and thereby create and improve farmer awareness and farmer goodwill. 

The candidate should be very energetic, enthusiastic, motivated and self-initiated about growing the business. He should be self driven and be able to work independently and cater to the market requirements. The candidate should be good in communication skills, marketing, brand building and should have prior experience in seed industry.
