Objective: * Work as part of EUPHC team towards facilitating the effective management and implementation of eUPHC functioning. * Abide with the guidelines of eUPHC guidelines. * Work under the guidance and supervision of Lead- capacity building and QA to identify, plan and execute training requirements across designated eUPHCs.Job Role: * Implementation of quality assurance standards laid by the protocols; * maintain a regular quality assurance mechanism * Monitor training programs for medical and paramedical staff of e UPHCs * Conduct and monitor training on quality control in e UPHCs * Program monitoring , review and regular analysis of CMIS/SIMS data to track achievement of physical and financial targets and * Any other work assigned by the Controlling OfficerSkill Set: * Good computer proficiency * Good communication and Interpersonal skills * Flexible to work in any shift. * Should be proficient in Telugu and English. Optional - Hindi * Effective decision-making skills
Work Week: (Please mention work days and weekly off): 6 days a week
