Job Description:

Statutory remittances:
Handling of Statutory Remittances/Registrations with the help of local team / site locations
Remittance of Profession Tax, Labour Welfare Fund
Registration and renewal under PT, Shops & Establishment Act etc 
Remitting of contributions within due dates PF, ESI, PT, Labour Welfare etc. 
Filing of Statutory Returns: 
Processing and submission of monthly/annual returns under Profession Tax Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act and Karnataka Industrial Establishments (National & Festival Holidays) Act. 
Submitting replies to the notices received and follow up with the dept., for closure of such notices.

Creating PF numbers 
UAN Creation 
Should be able to handle /upload monthly contributions online 
Processing all Transfer and withdrawal applications
ESI
IP creation
Sub-code registration 
Should be able to handle update / amendment in employee details
Should be able to handle /upload monthly contributions online 
Maintaining MIS
Handling Group Insurance Policies
Collection / Compilation of data and liaisioning with Insurance Companies 
Labour Department Activities: 
Liaison with Govt. authorities like Labour departments Office for Licensing, Registration, Renewal, preparing compliances if required and submitting reports to the authorities.
Support business on Statutory matters like providing compliance documents to clients. 
Qualification: PG in HR 
Should have good computer knowledge
Knowledge on portals / links like PF, ESI, PT, Labour Law sites etc. 
Should be able to draft mails / letters independently 
Should be a team player
