Qualification: MBA/Graduate*
Experience: Minimum 8 years.

Specific Responsibilities

Allocation of office sales target to the respective verticals of the office in consultation with the Regional Head.
Ensure adequate manning against the budgeted sales target of the verticals at the office level.
Ensure effective communication of premium targets to respective office sales managers in consultation with the Regional Head.
Drive the office sales team to achieve the budgeted target Maintain the product/channel mix as per the business plan to ensure office profitability
Monitor & optimize the cost of acquisition of the channel Track productivity of the office inclusive of performance of each SM
Set standards and maintain Business Quality
Update the top management on market competition. Constantly network with the Underwriting team, Operations Team & Claims team in case of troubleshooting
Ensure effective Policy / Renewal Administration by guiding the Branch service manager on policy & endorsement processing, collections & banking, timely inward of documents etc.
Ensure timely claims servicing by co-ordinating with claims team
Own up all internal and external customer service issues Owner of BPMS processes in the office
Co-ordinate with the corporate infrastructure & legal
