Contribute ideas to develop the overall customer acquisition strategy 
Provide support in designing the Customer Lead generation campaigns 
Provide support to implement and execute the Customer Acquisition Campaign
Collaborate with Services Delivery for streamlining and monitoring the management of all service orders on a daily basis- in alignment with the customer acquisition initiatives
Identify opportunities for new business verticals & offerings 
Participate in Business performance reviews and assess opportunity areas , ensure all Customer Acquisition and Retention measures remain green.
Mine and leverage opportunities for strategic alliances with collaborators/competitors
