An Urgent requirement for manager to manage and market The Delux Service apartment at Hyderabad / Amaravati Hotel at Guntur

Job Responsibilities:

·        Need to maintain and grow hotel business with effective marketing plans and programs

·        Develop and implement s  property and market based plans based on local need-time and demand generation opportunities

·        Maintain and grow hotel business with effective marketing plans and programs

·        Focus on marketing initiatives to create customer loyalty and increase market share

·        Focus on building hotel’s top line revenue by executing against the sales strategy

·        Analyse and directs the property in decisions for marketing opportunities

·        Provides marketing channel mix (e.g. advertising (on and off line), promotions, public relations, direct mail, email, and demand generator links) planning as part of the overall property and market cluster plans

Required Skills:

·        Minimum 3+ experience in hotel management and marketing

·        Knowledge about the operations of  hotel industry

·        Good communicator, both written and orally

·        Ability to work with the Marketing team to accomplish goals on a timely basis

·        Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to detail

·        Proficient in Excel, word and PowerPoint

·        Must be able to work in flexible schedule
